What Texas licenses, and what it doesn't
Texas doesn't license general contractors, so there is no state number for a design-build firm like ours. The registration above is the firm's filing with the state.
Electricians, plumbers and air-conditioning contractors are licensed by the state. The trade partners who do that work on your project hold those licenses, and we show you each one before work starts.
Lead paint rules
Federal rules cover paid renovation work in homes built before 1978. Our EPA certification, listed above, lets us do that work under the rule.
Your contracts
The planning agreement and the build agreement are written in plain words and reviewed with you before you sign. You are welcome to have a lawyer read them.
